Informativa sui rimborsi

Due to the digital and immutable nature of TEMPVS certificates, refunds are not available once a certificate has been issued and registered. Each certificate is unique, personalised, and permanent by definition.

In the event of a technical error attributable to TEMPVS (e.g. certificate not delivered or incorrect data), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at registration@tempvs.net. We will review each case individually and, where applicable, provide a correction or refund.
