Terms of Service — TEMPVS

By purchasing a TEMPVS certificate, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product nature. TEMPVS certificates are permanent digital records. Once issued, they cannot be modified, transferred, or deleted.

2. Delivery. Certificates are delivered digitally via email. No physical product is shipped.

3. Payments. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Refunds. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property. All TEMPVS designs, content, and certificate formats are the exclusive property of TEMPVS.

6. Governing law. These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
